Most agricultural early-warning in Serbia still runs on regional averages and farmer self-reports. By the time distress shows up in those signals, the season is half lost. PlotScope pulls the picture down to the parcel.

Multi-year baseline

Compare the current season to the same parcel's last three or more years of vegetation, rainfall, and soil moisture. A drop is visible the moment it diverges from history.

Current-season tracking

Each parcel updates as new Sentinel captures and weather observations arrive. The trend line moves in real time, not at quarter close.

Distress flags

Drought stress, water deficit, land use change, fire scar. Surfaced the day they appear, with the underlying NDVI and rainfall delta attached.

What it does

Five signals. One parcel-level view.

Satellite vegetation and moisture

Sentinel-2 optical imagery gives NDVI for vegetation health and NDWI for water stress. Sentinel-1 radar adds soil moisture, which works through cloud cover. All resampled to the parcel boundary.

Weather against history

Historical and current-season rainfall, evapotranspiration, and temperature for every parcel. This season is automatically compared against the parcel's own multi-year baseline to flag anomalies.

Land cover, classified

Every parcel automatically classified as cropland, grassland, bare soil, or water using spectral indices. The category updates each season, so land use changes surface on their own.

Which regions do you cover?

First deployment covers Serbia, focused on Vojvodina and the central farming regions where summer drought is most acute. Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Bulgaria are on the immediate roadmap. Other regions on request.

Where do the satellite signals come from?

Sentinel-2 for optical and Sentinel-1 for radar. Both are public. Higher resolution commercial capture is added case by case when the use needs it.

How does the early-warning logic work?

Each parcel's current season is compared to its own multi-year baseline. A material drop in NDVI, soil moisture, or rainfall versus history triggers a distress flag. We do not rely on a single regional model. Every flag is anchored in the same parcel's past.

How are parcel boundaries handled?

Click anywhere on the map and we pull the official parcel boundary from the relevant cadastre. For Serbia that is the Serbian Geodetic Authority. No manual digitising. No CSV uploads.

Can I get the data without using your UI?

Programmatic access is on the roadmap and available case by case during the private beta. Tell us what you would want to integrate with.

What does onboarding look like?

You share the region or the list of parcels to cover. We reconcile with the relevant cadastral sources and run the comparison against history. Timing depends on portfolio size and region. We set realistic expectations up front.
